This project aims to promote sustainability with educational media in adult education. 

Our partnership is experienced in quality assurance of educational offerings and has a 30-year tradition with the media award “Comenius-EduMedia-Award” with great influence in digital adult education.

This influence should be used to promote the quality of the treatment of sustainability in adult education using educational media and to convey this competence to as many teachers and learners in adult education as possible.

Conference on Sustainability: Learning Sustainably (PDF)

In the project, the partnership is exploring how sustainability in adult education can be supported with educational media. To this end, digital educational offerings on the topic of sustainability in adult education are evaluated and awarded if they are of high quality.
We organize events on the topic of sustainability in adult education:

• an media competition
  with criteria evaluation and award ceremony (Comenius GreenUP Prize;
• as well as a conference,
  where good examples are presented and discussed;
• an Courses
  for the effective use of digital educational media;
• as well as a digital platform
  to organize media competitions, to document exemplary digital educational media and to document project results.

The partnership introduces a sustainability award (Comenius GreenUP Award), which was awarded during a newly introduced conference on sustainability in adult education in 2024 and will be awarded in 2025. 

For quality assurance, criteria developed with which

digital educational offers that have applied for the Comenius GreenUP Prize will be evaluated. 

With the knowledge gained, we design and distribute a course on the use of digital educational media in adult education.

The results will be supported by a digital platform that will be developed within the project.

As part of the “NaQualiMedia” project, we develop and design solutions that promote sustainable learning in adult education. Each subpage represents a “construction site” – an area that will be further expanded with content and results over the course of the project.
