Premiering in 2024, this award acknowledges educational media—whether physical or digital—that are used in face-to-face events, digital learning environments, or blended learning formats. While the primary target group for these products is adults, the award is open to educational materials for any target group, provided they meet the sustainability criteria.
The Green Up Award evaluates products for their educational value and their commitment to sustainability. Importantly, the award only recognizes products that contribute directly to sustainability, either as their core subject matter or through their relationship to sustainability in educational contexts.

The Green Up Award is being introduced as part of the Erasmus+ project “Promoting Sustainability in Adult Education through Quality Assurance in Educational Products” (2023-2025).
